Well, the parking, is not really a parking. The same lady that cleaned our rooms, was also in the kitchen 5 seconds later helping with dinner. No prices/menu on any drinks, food or anything. When we checked in I saw that in the bathroom we have: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap. When we got the keys: just hand soap. I went to reception to ask for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and the receptionist (15 years old) gives me a shower gel Dove and try to convince me it's good for the hair and explains me that she doesn't know why it says on the booking.com site shower gel, because they never had it, so you have to bring your own. Then the "restaurant" closes at 20:30. Now, it's not really a restaurant cause you don't have food to choose, you eat what they give you, and you pay for it and it only has the natural night. When the sun goes down, you have no lights. Next morning, breakfast starts 9:00. I wake up and I go to make myself a coffee (that I was planning to pay for, same like I did the day before), I take a cup and when I get closer to the expresso machine, I hear another receptionist (older this time) saying: "you can't take coffee miss, breakfast starts 9:00". I tell her I am willing to pay for the coffee, and she comes with an angry face, takes my cup my hand and she prepares my coffee while asking me in what room I am staying. Great way to start your morning! 9:00 o'clock comes, we go for breakfast which had: tomatoes, cucumber, cheese, 2 types of salami, 1 type of ham, bread and butter. While eating (us and the other guests) the same receptionist came and started saying in the restaurant: "everyone that is going to check out, must leave the keys in the door". I felt like I was in a summer camp and the teachers were trying to organise small kids. You can't come and talk to your guest while they eat! Stayed in August 2021 and they refused the card payment and they don’t give you any receipts for the cash payed.
